h2made is a design and research studio. We make [Local CRM](https://h2made.com/localcrm), which keeps your contacts, notes and history on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, and syncs them only through your own iCloud. There's no Local CRM server, so none of it ever passes through us.

**Where your data goes.** Tap a device to add a contact to it, then turn on iCloud sync and add another.

## Private

No account, no tracking. Nothing you add is ever sent to h2made, with iCloud sync on or off. The crash reports that help us fix bugs never include your data.

## On-device

Everything is stored on the iPhone, iPad or Mac in front of you, and search and Insights run there too. Contacts, notes and todos work without a connection.

With iCloud sync, on by default, your iPhone, iPad and Mac share the same contacts, notes, todos and tags through the private database of your own iCloud account.

### Your data lives with you.

Contacts, notes and conversations are some of the most personal records you keep. Local CRM stores them on your device. When you want them on your other devices too, they travel through your own iCloud account, never through ours. We don't run a server for them to go to.

### Nothing is lost without asking.

Deleting should be a decision, never an accident. Every delete and removal in Local CRM asks first, and the question says exactly what goes, what stays, and whether the change will reach your other devices.

### Limits stop adding. They never take away.

A free plan needs limits. Ours only decide whether you can add something new. Whatever you've already added stays yours to read, search, edit and sync, whatever happens to your subscription.

## Questions

### What is Local CRM?

Local CRM is an app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that keeps the people you work with in one place. It's private: there's no account and no tracking, and nothing you add ever reaches h2made. It's on-device: your data is stored and searched on the device you're using. And with iCloud sync on, all your devices stay in sync through your own private iCloud database.

### Can h2made see my contacts?

No. Nothing you add is ever sent to us: Local CRM has no server for your data, and the crash reports it sends never include your contacts, notes or anything else you've added. With iCloud sync on, your data sits in your own private iCloud database, which app developers can't read.

### Where is my Local CRM data stored?

On your device. With iCloud sync on, as it is by default, it's also kept in the private database of your iCloud account, so your other devices can sync with it. There is no Local CRM server, and h2made never receives your contacts, notes or history.

### How do I keep my iPhone, iPad and Mac in sync?

Sign in to the same Apple Account on each of them. iCloud sync is on by default for new installs, so those devices share contacts, notes, todos, tags and plugin settings through your private iCloud database, which h2made can't access. You can turn it off on any device in Settings → iCloud; the change takes effect when you restart Local CRM.

### Is Local CRM free?

Yes, within limits. The Free plan has every feature except Insights, for up to 20 contacts and companies, 1 Shopify app, 1 Partner organization and 20 active shops. Pro removes the limits and adds Insights.
